Together We Build a Brighter Future

Connecting People through Language and Culture

Who We Are

African Community Health Institute (ACHI) is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2005. ACHI provides culturally and linguistically appropriate services to promote the health and well-being of underserved immigrants and refugees. In addition to its overall goal of enriching the livelihood of vulnerable African immigrants and refugees, ACHI offers a range of services, including community engagement, public health action, and vocational training. Through community engagement, ACHI works to build strong relationships with local communities and empower them to take charge of their health and develop the skills they need to succeed in the workforce.
